DELIVERY WITHIN HONG KONG
Please note that we can only send orders to a street address. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. A delivery address cannot be changed once we have dispatched your parcel. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver an Item due to incorrect address information.
We use a reliable Hong Kong courier for delivery of Items within Hong Kong.
Orders placed before 12pm GMT+8 Monday – Friday are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT+8 will be despatched two working days later and orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Tuesday.

Base rate of HK$70.00 per parcel below 5kgs
HKD5.00 for additional 0.5kg in the same parcel up to a maximum of 20kgs
Delivery usually takes between 1 to 4 working days. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays, public holidays, when the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, or when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted.

Delivery may also be delayed if a typhoon signal no. 8 is raised or a black storm warning is in effect. All delivery times are to be used as a guide only. While we make every effort to deliver Items as soon as we are able, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Items within the estimated timescales.
Most of our Items can be shipped internationally, except medical devices to Spain, using an international courier in Hong Kong. Shipping time to international address varies and is dependent on the mode of customer’s choice. Please note there might be Customs delays. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. We are able to offer order tracking on international orders sent via email.
Delivery charges are calculated on our website check-out page in accordance with our current international courier rates.
We aim to deliver all international orders within 4 - 7 working days. However, please note that deliveries may take longer than this during sales and other busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, for example disruptive weather.
All delivery times are based on working days and are to be used as a guide only. Whilst we make every effort to deliver Items as soon as we are able, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Items within the estimated timescales. Once your order is shipped you will be notified the shipping company and a tracking number.
IMPORT RESTRICTIONS AND CUSTOM FEES
Please note that some countries place restrictions on merchandise ordered from overseas and/ or charge additional import fees or customs duties. These charges are beyond our control. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges payable. We suggest that you contact your local government body prior to placing an order with us, so that you understand what restrictions may exist and/ or what possible additional payments may apply.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before the Item has been dispatched, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note however that requests for cancellations sent via email may not be actioned immediately which may result in the order being dispatched.
If an order is cancelled before the order is shipped, SFBS will refund full payment less 15% of restocking fee within 3 business days.

Warranty Policy outside of Hong Kong SAR
All products sold by shopforbettersleep.com do not have international warranty. If you are an international customer, or a Hong Kong customer travelling outside of Hong Kong, you will have to contact shopforbettersleep.com for warranty services. Please do not contact the manufacturers or your local dealers. You will need to send the defective products to shopforbettersleep.com, and we will send the replaced or repaired products to you.
It is your responsibility to cover the round trip shipping; shopforbettersleep.com will NOT cover the shipping cost to and from Hong Kong to your address.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases or if the Item is not what you expected.
If shipping company confirms the package status is "Delivered", we treat the customer received the package, and this purchase order is complete.
If there is any damage to the package, please reject the package during delivery, and ask courier to return the package to shopforbettersleep.com. We will either refund the whole purchase order, or ship you another package and cover all the cost.
If courier confirms the package is lost before delivery, we will ship you another package and cover all the cost.
Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Please note that any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning the faulty products.
It is customer's responsibility to pay import duty, tax, broker fee, or any other related expenses. We suggest international customers consult their local Customs for tax, duty, potential delay, or any import regulations before placing the order. Shopforbettersleep.com is not responsible for any delay or loss caused by Customs. If the package is returned by Foreign Customs to Shopforbettersleep.com, the customer will have two options:
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We carefully check each Item before packaging and sending it to you. In the unlikely event that you receive an Item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please reject the package during delivery, and ask the courier to return the package to shopforbettersleep.com. We will either refund the whole purchase order, or ship you another package and cover all the cost. Please contact us on email@example.com within 24 hours of your receipt/rejecting the damaged package. Please also ensure that you take the following steps:
1) Take photos of the original shipping box and the damaged item(s)
2) Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the original shipping box and the damaged item(s) within 24 hours of your receipt/rejecting the damaged package.
We may change these Terms of Sale and Terms and Conditions of Warranty at any time. We also reserve the right to amend, vary or remove any Items and any page of this website at any time and without notice.
Please read these Terms of Sale regularly. If you do not agree to any changes we make to the Terms of Sale, you must please stop using our website immediately. Any changes made to our Terms of Sale after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
